Also known as "The Original", the Morey 143 was a mid-range option with a high density polyethylene bottom skin (similar to the deck skin). It was better than boards without a bottom skin, yet not quite as good as the boards with slick Surlyn bottoms. With skegs and not one, but TWO handles, this particular board is accessorized to the max! After-market accessories were popular albeit unnecessary gimmicks of the era.
